#089: Midlife: Crisis or Growth Spurt? with Dara Goldberg

Eradicating ageism: tackling the beauty industry.

Taking on the beauty industry is no mean feat. But what else can you do when every product and purchase you consider carries a marketing message that you disagree with, with every fibre of who you are?

Based in Philadelphia, this week’s guest is the founder of the Endless Beauty Collective.  Dara Goldberg is fiercely proud to be a woman in midlife and she is on a mission to eradicate ageism in the beauty industry. She is a champion and advocate for women taking their power back and making a noise so loud that they have to be heard!

Listen in to find out how confronting the vastness of her mission, and leaning into her belief that women deserve more, compelled Dara to transform her own personal experience of midlife from crisis to growth spurt.

This episode is for women who are learning to speak truth to power and are ready to own their voice.
